System Manual. Every screen, by role.
This manual is for the people who use RehabSoft every day. Start with Getting started, then read the part for your role. Button names are written in bold exactly as they appear on screen.
Who does what
RehabSoft gives each person the menu of their job. The server checks every action, so a button you cannot see is also a thing you cannot do.
| Role | Typical person | Works on | Read |
|---|---|---|---|
| Centre Owner | The clinic owner or director | Everything Reception does, plus approvals, team, prices, salary, reports and settings | Centre Owner |
| Reception | Front desk staff | Patients, bookings, arrivals, money, texts, accounts and stock. Never clinical notes | Reception |
| Consultant | Doctor | Every patient's clinical file, prescriptions, treatment direction, access approvals | Consultant |
| Therapist | Physiotherapist | Their own patients: records, vitals, home exercises, progress reports | Therapist |
| Patient | Patient or family member | The patient portal on a phone | Patient portal |
Where your centre lives
Every centre has its own address, for example yourcentre.rehabsoftbd.com, and its own database. Staff sign in at yourcentre.rehabsoftbd.com/login/; patients use yourcentre.rehabsoftbd.com/portal/. The Centre Owner gets the address when the centre is opened.
Tip
On a phone, open your centre's address and choose Install app in the account menu to put RehabSoft on the home screen.
