Patient portal. For patients and families.

Open the centre's address followed by /portal/, or scan the centre's portal QR code. The portal is in Bengali by default; switch to English at the top. It opens once the centre has finished its set-up.

Signing in

1. Type the mobile number the centre has for you, then Send code.

2. Type the 6-digit code from the SMS. It works for 5 minutes.

3. After the first time you can set a password and sign in with it. The phone stays signed in for 90 days.

4. Whose records? If your family shares the number, choose the person.

What you can see and do

• Home shows your next appointment and anything due.
• See Appointments, Packages (sessions left), Bills and payments, Prescriptions (signed ones, with a code anyone can check), Home exercises and, if the centre allows, Reports and files and Assessments.
• Request an appointment. The centre confirms it; nothing is booked until they do.
• Tell the centre each day how your home exercises went. High pain is shown to your therapist.
• Ask to change your address, e-mail or emergency contact under My details. The centre checks it first.
• Print / PDF any bill, receipt or prescription.
• The digits button at the top shows numbers in Bengali digits; the phone remembers your choice.
