When something goes wrong. What it means, what to do.
Messages you may see

| "Saved on this device" | The connection dropped; your work is kept | Wait until All changes saved returns; keep the browser open |
| "Database busy, try again" | Many people saved at the same second | Wait a moment and press again; nothing was lost |
| "Too many wrong passwords. Please wait 5 minutes" | Five wrong tries in a row | Wait 5 minutes; use Forgot your password? if you are not sure of it |
| "This area is not available for your role" | The page is not part of your job | Ask the Centre Owner if you need it |
| "This centre is read-only for now" | The subscription is restricted or closed | Everything opens and prints, but nothing saves; the Centre Owner contacts the platform |
| "Preview is read-only" | The owner is looking at the system as another role | Go back to your own view first |
| "Support access is read-only" | The platform is looking inside a centre | Expected |
| "Unable to sign in to this workspace" | Wrong login or password, a closed account, or another centre's address | Check the address; use Forgot your password?; ask the Centre Owner |
| A notice that your account was used on a new device | Someone signed in with your account somewhere new | This was me if it was; otherwise change your password and sign out of other devices |
| A warning about an overlapping, off-shift or leave booking | The therapist is already booked, not working then, or on leave | Confirm only if it is right |
| "Already sent to this patient today" | The same ready message was sent today | No need to send again |
| A text in red (Failed) | The SMS provider refused it | Resend after the cause is fixed (the reason is under it) |
| The portal says registration is not open yet | The centre's set-up is not complete | The Centre Owner finishes the checklist in Settings |
