Therapist. Your patients, your day.
Your menu: Dashboard, My patients, Schedule, Prescription, Follow-ups, Attendance, the Clinical library, My activity and My incentive. You see the patients you treat. You do not see patients' phone numbers.
Your day
Dashboard and Schedule show your visits. In Grid you see your own column only. You do not book or complete visits yourself: that is Reception. To ask for a visit, use Ask for a visit on the patient page; Reception books it.
Records
On the episode page:
- Choose a form at the top of the episode's records and press Start: an assessment, a progress review, or a SOAP note for a visit. You can tick to start from the patient's last finalized record of the same form, or pick a preset for the condition. The patient page also has Add assessment.
- Save draft keeps it private to you. Finalize and sign locks it with your name and time.
- To correct a finalized record: Revise (a new version) or Add addendum. If it was written for the wrong patient: Mark as entered in error.
The owner's Data health page counts drafts left unsigned for more than two days, per person. Sign what is finished.
Vitals, exercises and progress
- Vitals: blood pressure, pulse, weight and the rest, on the episode page.
- Home exercise program: exercises from the library with dose, issued and printed for the patient. Patients who use the portal report each day how it went; high pain is shown to you.
- Make a progress report: compiled from signed records; you write the impression and the plan.
- You may also write and sign prescriptions for your own patients (see Consultant).
Another therapist's patient
If an episode is not yours, its notes are hidden. If you work with the patient (for example you covered a visit), the episode page offers Ask for access: write why and send it. A consultant decides, and the page shows that your request is waiting.
Your figures
My activity shows your visits and patients. My incentive shows your approved statements (read only).
